I will start off by saying that I completely enjoyed "Spy Kids", and my wife and kids did as well. When we heard that a sequel was on its way we were all excited.

After seeing "Spy Kids 2: Island of Lost Dreams" we all have to say that we were all thrilled with it.

This second film is a lot of fun. There are new gadgets and themes in the movie that make it an enjoyable experience for all attending.

The message from the original was all about family and what it means to trust each other. The message in "Spy Kids 2" is that sometimes you need to leave all of those gadgets aside and use your brain to get you out of trouble. As well as no matter what side of the stuggle you are on, good or evil, whan the times comes you will make the decision that your heart and mind leads you.

There is some serious fun in this film and it starts from the opening credits and last through the last words on the screen.

All of the actors have done a tremendous job of not trying to be super cool, they kept the eveness of their performances of the first film.

If you liked the first you will like this one, and if you didn't like the first you still may enjoy this one.

The third "Spy Kids" installment is due next year and I can tell you I am counting the days.
